🚀 What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives
• Foster collaboration between the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to all marketing initiatives (including developer relations, sales and product development)
• Support the VP role in ensuring resources are used as effectively as possible.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, online events, and regular content production.
• Monitor the community activities of WeAreDevelopers across channels and platforms.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally including experience in leading small teams.
• A thorough understanding of multiple marketing disciplines, including experience in project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to confidently communicate in both German (native) and fluent English.
• An adaptable approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to effectively respond to changes in the market.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in social media management tools

The gross salary for this full-time position starts from 42,000 euros per year. Overpayment is possible depending on professional qualifications and experience.
